- I had the privilege to grow up around the globe and spend my adult life in New York City, San Francisco, Orange County CA, and now, NashVegas. After earning my master’s degree in Early Childhood Development and Elementary Education from NYU and continuing my education at Columbia and Stanford Universities, I taught underprivileged children in urban Manhattan and San Francisco. When my husband’s work brought us to Southern California and we started a family of our own, I traded my chalk for a camera and have never looked back. I get to call myself daughter of God, wife to my hero, and mother of children I not only love, but actually admire. Although I lead a truly blessed existence, I am but dust…all gifts, talents, and successes belong not to me, but to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. They are in no way a reflection of me, but of His will for my life. I thank my husband Chip for showing me what unconditional love looks like, and my sister Pauline for pouring into me for over 20 years. Everybody should have a friend as loving, kind, funny, and loyal, as the friend I have in my brother's wife...I love you, Lina.
